What gets exported
- The customer record (name, email, phone, address)
- All vehicles linked to the customer
- Every repair order, estimate line, and invoice
- Every SMS / email exchange tied to their contact methods
What "delete" actually does
Delete is a soft-delete: the customer is marked archived
and hidden from lookups, but their historic invoices stay in the
database to satisfy tax-retention requirements. If your
jurisdiction allows full erasure, contact support — we'll provide
a one-off scrub script.
