It prints under your business name on estimates and invoices, which some states require, and it is the name on your repair-facility registration and your tax records. Leave blank if they are the same. Daedalus runs backups for you. There is nothing to set up and nothing to pay for — it is part of your subscription.

A recovery point is taken every 30–60 minutes, plus a full backup daily.
An extra snapshot is taken before every update to Daedalus.
Restores are rehearsed on a copy, not improvised during an incident.
