Getting help

Most questions are answered here, immediately.
Answered within one business day
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Mountain Time. Messages sent evenings and weekends are picked up the next business morning.
Phone or text
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Mountain Time. Texting is fine, and is often the fastest way to reach us mid-job. Outside those hours leave a voicemail or a text — both are answered the next business morning.
Something is stopping work
If you cannot invoice, cannot take a payment, or cannot get into your account, call or text — that is the fastest way through. By email, put URGENT at the start of the subject line and it jumps the queue.
Everything else — how do I add a technician, can Daedalus do X — goes in the normal queue and gets the same one-business-day answer.
Book a walkthrough
Call or email and we will set up a time to go through Daedalus together on a screen share — setup, importing your customers, or anything that is easier shown than typed.
What to tell us
Four lines that usually save a day of back-and-forth:
- Your shop name
- The repair order or invoice number, if it involves one
- What you expected to happen
- What happened instead
A screenshot beats a description every time. Do not worry about redacting customer details — the same data is already in your account.
Outages
If Daedalus is down or degraded, the notice goes out by email to every shop owner. You do not need to report it — but if something looks wrong and you have had no notice from us, it is worth an email.
