Online payments
Let customers pay invoices by card right in their portal. Deposits go straight to your bank through Stripe — Daedalus never holds your money. Setup takes about five minutes.
Deposit at approval
Request an up-front deposit when a customer approves an estimate online. They pay by card on the approval page; it lands as a partial payment on the job. Needs online payments (above) switched on. Set to 0 to turn off.
Card on file
Once a customer approves the work, the approval page offers to keep a card on file, so you can charge it when the job is done, even when they are not there. They agree to charges for work they approve and can remove it at any time. You charge it from the RO's Payments card. Needs online payments (above) switched on.
